Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may require payment on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless cancelled by you or Big Star Payments. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting customer support.
Fee Changes
Big Star Payments reserves the right to modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. You will be provided reasonable prior notice of any fee change.
Refunds
Refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the discretion of Big Star Payments.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree that the information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including any authorized users. You agree to notify us immediately upon any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Big Star Payments. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Third-Party Services and Materials

Termination
